Terms of Use
Last updated: 6 August 2026. These Terms of Use govern access to casinoflux.uk (the “Site”) operated by CasinoFlux. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please leave the Site. The Site provides editorial comparisons and information about UK-licensed gambling operators. CasinoFlux is not a casino, bookmaker or gambling intermediary that accepts stakes.
1. Editorial nature of the service
Content on the Site is for general information and comparison only. We do not supply gambling facilities, hold player funds or decide whether an operator pays a withdrawal. Descriptions of bonuses, games and ratings reflect our editorial judgement at the time of publication and may become outdated when operators change terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and accessing the Site from a jurisdiction where viewing such information is lawful. The age gate is a control for our Site; it does not replace age checks performed by gambling operators when you register with them.
3. No advice or guarantees
Nothing on the Site is financial, legal or professional advice. Gambling involves risk of loss. We do not guarantee that any casino will remain licensed, that a bonus will remain available or that you will win. Always verify current terms on the operator’s website before depositing.
4. Affiliate relationships
Some links are affiliate links. We may receive a commission if you register via those links. Commercial arrangements do not oblige us to publish favourable reviews. Rankings follow the methodology described on the Site. See our Affiliate Disclosure for more detail.
5. Accuracy and changes
We aim to keep information accurate but operators update promotions frequently. We may edit, reorder or remove listings without notice. If you spot an error, email editorial@casinoflux.uk and we will review it.
6. Third-party sites
Links to casinos, charities and regulators open properties we do not control. Their terms, privacy notices and practices apply once you leave CasinoFlux. We are not responsible for loss arising from your use of third-party services.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to attack, scrape in an abusive manner, introduce malware or attempt to bypass security controls. You agree not to present Site content as an official statement of any gambling operator. Automated harvesting that degrades performance may be blocked.
8. Intellectual property
Text, layout, branding and original graphics on the Site belong to CasinoFlux or its licensors. You may view pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy substantial parts for competing services without written permission. Operator logos remain the property of their respective owners and appear for identification.
9. User messages
If you send feedback or correction requests, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use that material to improve the Site. Do not send unlawful or confidential third-party information. We may decline to publish unsolicited reviews.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law of England and Wales, CasinoFlux is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or losses arising from gambling activity you undertake with third parties after reading the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify CasinoFlux against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent a claim is caused by our breach of law.
12. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Those documents form part of your understanding of how the Site works alongside these Terms.
13. Safer gambling notice
Gambling should remain entertainment. If play stops feeling optional, seek help through GAMSTOP, GamCare or BeGambleAware. Helpline: 0808 8020 133. The Site includes reminders because UK audiences expect clear signposting; those reminders are not a substitute for professional support.
14. Suspension
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms are breached or if we need to protect the Site or other users. We may also take the Site offline for maintenance.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK.
16. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will appear on this page with a revised date. Material changes may be highlighted on the homepage. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Severability
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force. A failure to enforce a right once does not waive that right later.
18. Contact
Legal correspondence: legal@casinoflux.uk. Editorial queries: editorial@casinoflux.uk.
19. Availability of the Site
We strive to keep casinoflux.uk available, yet downtime can occur for maintenance, hosting issues or events beyond our control. We are not liable for temporary unavailability. Features may be added, altered or retired as the editorial product evolves. Archived pages may remain reachable for a period even after a ranking cycle ends.
20. Relationship with operators
Mention of a brand does not mean endorsement of every product that operator may launch in future. Likewise, absence from our board does not mean an operator is unlawful. We simply publish a limited set of stamps based on testing capacity and the criteria explained on the homepage methodology section. Operators remain responsible for their own licence conditions and customer communications.
21. Consumer notes for UK readers
If you deal with a UKGC-licensed casino after leaving our Site, complaints about that casino should follow the operator’s complaints process and, where appropriate, Alternative Dispute Resolution bodies named in their terms. CasinoFlux cannot compel an operator to reverse a wagering decision or accelerate a payout. We can, however, correct our own factual errors when evidence is supplied in writing.
Keep copies of chat transcripts and emails with operators. Those records help ADR bodies and also help our editors understand whether a pattern should affect a future stamp. Still, our reviews remain independent summaries, not casework on your behalf.
22. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, form the entire agreement between you and CasinoFlux regarding use of the Site and supersede prior informal understandings on the same subject. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. If you rely on a verbal statement from someone claiming to represent CasinoFlux, ask for written confirmation before treating it as binding.
